I had the opportunity to watch my little cousin play some basketball. Inside the court, the sound of people chatting and the kids running around were the constant sounds of the environment. The bouncing of the ball, the clock buzzing, parent screaming and cheering and the physical contact of the players were the sounds that caught attention. Sometimes some of those sounds were piercing to the ears, like the sound clock going off. Everything that was going off on the gym echoed in the space, and you can tell that the space was a big one due to the reverb.
