Hellooooooooooooooooooooooooo Well we are in Hanoi :) but leaving tomorrow for a trip to halong bay. The flights were really nice and only delayed a little bit, so far we have managed to pack into 2 days what would normally be done in a week. The traffic here is mental, but we have become pros at crossing the road (nearly) ! However have not taken up any of these mad moped drivers that seem to think that we will both be able to fit on the back of the tiny little bike .... doubtful ! However we have been taking advantage of the Cyclos, involving a seat being placed on the front of a bike, then being cycled around - they keep pestering us to drive us places but when we say yes they look scared to have to move us both lol.

So far the touristy things we have done are :

• ho chi minh museum
• temple of literature
• war museum
• went to fannys
• water puppet show
• museum of ethnology
• one pillar pagoda
• walked a few miles about
• explored the old city and the night market
• and probably more that we cant remember (ooh like watching a man in a chicken outfit do the birdy song at a kids kfc party - fun times)

Im sure more is to come but for now that is all :) hope everyone is well and having a fun filled cold soaking wet time xxx
