We woke up to a yummy organic breakfast and the panoramic views from the Lodge. We then, took a hike, emphasis on the word hike ( Dre called it a walk, but it was definitely a hike). At the end of the trail we were met with the beautiful views of Julia Pfeiffer Burns waterfall. It was gorgeous; bluer than blue water and jagged white cliffs. After our "hike" we headed back to yurtland, for showers and relaxation. Well, we all know my apparent lack of common sense sometimes shows thru (i.e. accidentally using the handicap shower and wondering why I had to duck and contort my body in order to get under the shower spray). However all was ok, and we ended a lazy afternoon by lounging by the lodge fire and chatting up Sam our adorable waiter. We ended the night, by introducing Sam to the wonders of fruit on sushi and the subsequent party in mouth from such a delicious treat. That night, Dre got me back yet again, by waking me up at 3 am to inform me it was sweltering and just to prove her point she wiped a nice palmful of sweat on me.
