we arrived in picton after cruising through the marlboro sounds.....and then drove onto nelson where we had a tour of the wine factory.....and of course wine tasting! onwards we drove to wesport...an old gold miners town where we had a manic hour to find items for our fancy dress party that evening...the theme was to think of anything that was the initial letter of your first or last name....for example hay chose to dress up as a Hawaiikan/cross/maori.........
