Day 11 - Westport Before leaving Kaiteriteri we went for a walk on the beach and found hundreds of mussels attached to rocks. We went for nosy up to Shania Twain's house but no one seemed to be home and then headed back to the bus onto our next destination. Day 9 left river valley to Wellington, stopped at Tahape and Bulls. Left in the afternoon towards wellington, basically a day of travelling. Went through a place called Tahape which is famous for gumboots we know that as willies, they have a contest each year in who can throw the furthest gumboot.
