Decided to make our way to Cameron highlands, where the tea plantations are , oh and once I got there found that they have so many strawberry farms, they are fascinated with them, all sorts of strawberry souvenirs, cushions in the shape of strawberries, t-shirts…crazy.
Ended up staying for 2 nights and leaving on the third after doing a morning tour of the Cameron Highlands.
We visited a mossy forest and got mud all over me, was not impressed. Then went to a viewpoint however it was too foggy to see anything, such a shame as the view would have been great as we were 6,666ft above sea.
I visited a tea plantation and tried the tea and then headed to a strawberry farm, but all the strawberries are in plant pots and not like what they are at home in fields.
Cant believe how much this place feels like home, so very english in the buildings and also teh weather, was wet and grey when i was there...typically British. But nice to be in a place where you dont sweat constantly.
Later that afternoon we got a bus from the bus station over to Ipoh for the night.
