So this afternoon we arrived into Chiang Mai from the longest train journey ever. Chiang Mai is so different from Bangkok they could be different planets. Chiang Mai is calm and quiet and not pushy in the way Bangkok is. It is also a lot smaller which makes it feel more accessible. So far we love it. We went out this evening to a street Market which was awesome, but it absolutely poured it down and we got drenched. And we'd already put most of our other clothes in to be washes. Not cool. Anyway we ended up getting drinks and dinner and hanging out with Dennis' friends that we found yesterday and we had a lovely evening.
