Hey hey!

Leg is better, went to the doctor on tuesday hopefully for the last time.. A nice big hole in my leg but hey, what can you do. It should close soon. Unless a bedbug hops in it!!! (Hear there's some at the hostel we're staying at, haven't seen any yet tho).

So we moved to International Hostel on Monday. First called and they said no jobs, room yes. So we called the harvest line and no good news there either.. Our wheelchair buddy (some local) took mikko to Summit Personnel to sign us up for work, I stayed behind cause I was so SLOW.. Didn't have any good news there either, so we decided might as well head for the hostel and try our luck.. There they seemed kinda pissed since we hadn't booked ahead.. So much for the freedom of backpacking.. Nowdays you won't get anywhere if you don't book. Sucks. Anyhow, they said we couldn't get work for a while, since we hadn't booked. But turned out Mikko got a job for the next day, with onions or something. So never believe what they say on the phone.. Well the hostel is a dump. And the rooms suck. We sleep in a 14 person room. And it's dirty, mostly because the german guys are pigs. I almost fainted when I went in the room the first time.

Gross. Anyway, the same evening things started to look up again. Like I said earlier, the doctor said he's pull some strings and try to hook us up with some jobs.. And at nine in the evening the guy from a nearby winery called that he'd pick us up tomorrow and he has jobs for us.. And this dude was Marcello Casella, who is one of the owners of the place that makes Yellow Tail, my favorite wine!!!! I figured that out when he took us to the factory and saw bottles of yellow tail everywhere, it was like destiny :D He said he usually doesn't meet many who work for him.. :) Then he gave us some beers, got good easy jobs for us and took us shooting with him!! And let us shoot too. Man it was fun!! Never shot a moving targer before, and now I actually hit it!! :) Had a blast!! So on friday, we're supposed to start! Since we don't have a car, he said a buddy of his can pick us up and take us to work.. Cool!! Can't wait!!! The winery was very intresting! And it's the 2nd biggest place that makes wine in Australia, and in the top 5 in the world!!!! Cool, eh?:P

Anyway, it's like +40 here now. hot as hell!!! But gotta go buy some food, so hungry. The place where we live is disgusting in the kitchen as well. Haven't deared to make any food yet.. but figure we have to today.
