So, update on my life. Scratch that-> My leg.

New Years day went to see the doctor, who said whoa, that's a lot of junk in there. Then he got a million needles, stabbed them all in the infected are (oh no it didn't hurt at all..) and numbed my leg.. After that he got goggles and started to chop at my leg with a knife (kidding about the goggles). The nurse actually said she has to stand back a little since it would shoot, my leg i mean.. Anyway, after painful 20 minutes my leg was beautifully wrapped in white... And I was feeling great. (Note:NUMB).. Got more antibiotics and was told to come back in a couple days. The doctor has been in Finland many times actually, and was very nice doing the type B operation (as he called it) even though a nurse was supposed to do it:) But take it easy for a couple days, he said.. (Oh yeah, like I've been up and partying the last few before).

New Years Eve was spent in bed, figures. Ate some pizza, drank a couple beers, popped a few pills and watched Full Monty... :D Sounds great, huh. Dowstairs was partying on.. Helps to live on top of the pub when you can't do anything. Anyways, after some pain killers Daniel came and tried to get us to come down.. And I was feeling good, so if it weren't for Mikko... :) Thank god someone has more sense then me :D But D passed out 2 min before midnight, and missed the fireworks on tv :D Drunks :)

So, nothing happened until today, when I went to the doctor again. And MAN did it hurt. Doctor C pulled out the cloth thing from inside my leg as well as the stitch that was keeping me together.. I thought I'd faint.. Then he put another one back in.. And that, my friends, was even worse.. I was literally sweating from the pain.. But I'm no wuss, I can take pain. I just said, ow, very politely. And bit my finger off almost.. :) Well, now have to take it pretty easy until Tuesday, when either the same thing over or just take it out again.. Let's hope they don't redo the whole thing.. So no work for me at least for another week. I think I'll just go sit outside on the curb and beg for some money. Starting in, oh say, about half an hour. That'll do it..

Anyway, we were supposed to leave from the hotel today. In the morning I went to ask how much for another night, since the plans of going to the hostel were screwed a little. And the nice lady at the reception let us stay for free for tonight, since I said we were probably leaving and she said no stay. NICE:) Saved us 50 dollars. But another crappy thing, the hostel we were supposed to go to overbooked us, so no place there or work for that matter. And the other hostel opens Monday again. So have to stay at the hotel until then at least. And hope on Monday we get a place at the other one. Well I can't work anyhow, but M could so it would be better to move there.

UNLESS: Get this.. The doctor knows some people and he said he'd call them tonight and see if they need people. So maybe the rotten leg results in jobs!!! Will know tomorrow probably.

But there's a market here tomorrow.. Maybe I can walk a little and go, who knows.. The four walls are closing in on me at the dorm..

Hope everyone had a great new year!!! Gotta head for some food! Now that we got a free night, we can get some SUBWAY instead of noodles :D
