Today was a whole day in udaipur looking around the city palace which was stunning. Gina wasnt very well today so i went round the town and on a boat cruise of the holy lake with my new friend estelle. caufght the sun for the first time in two weeks today. udaipur is lovely, again it has a holy lake and is really peaceful, a far cry from some of the twons we've been to in india. The evening meal was our groups version of the last supper. we went to a lovely place with great views over te lake and had a lovely final meal. Hanif, our lovely tour guide presented us all with a gift for surviving india. It was a ganesh key ring, with our names on the back. Unfortunately mine said kaite as the indians cant seem to say kate. Infact hanif had called me miss mayers all trip as he finds this easier to say than kate. a lovely evening was had by all but very sad to leave the group and a little scared as gina and i are near to being on our own.
