Absolutely beautiful part of Vietnam. There is a 6km beach that is unspoilt and beautiful. After a day of chilling out on the beach we spent the next day at the natural mud spa. They had lods of small outdoor bath tubs which they filled up with natural mud and you soak in them for about 20 minutes. You then move onto the natural thermal mineral water tubs and soak for a furth 20 minutes, heaven! After this we stood under a waterfall for a while and then went into the big mineral bath pool. It was a huge swimming pool but as hot as a bath, set in beautiful surroundings. We also had a whole body Vietnamese massage- the girls actually walked on our backs!! This entire day cost 10 pounds, amazing!

The next day was not quite as relaxed as we went out for the day on a boat trip (more like a party boat). Met lots of really nice fun people from Canada, NewZealand etc. Jumped off the top of the boat, visited some more beautiful islands and listened to the band on board, which included a lovely lady boy as the lead singer. Oh such a hard life! hehe.
