Headed to the tube station again this morning to catch the tube to Palermo, which is just outside of the microcentro, to go to the Zoolological gardens. The tickets into the zoo were reasonably priced but i managed to get the most expensive ones. Oops. We saw loads of animals though. Afterwards we headed to the botanical gardens which were ok, but there were loads of stray cats and cat poo. Nice. Then we walked to Cementario de la Recoletta, which was really interesting; there were hundreds of tombs, some of which you could see the coffins laid inside, others had stairs underground. Some of the most famous people in Argentina are said to be buried here. ¨

Leaving Buenos Aires on an overnight coach tomorrow, 16 hours to Puerto Iguazu. Have really enjoyed staying here although cant help feeling were leaving a little bit earlier than we should be...
