We are heading toward Lehinch, Tony, our driver, says its a big surf town and we have decided to take lessons! Not many people can say they learned to surf in Ireland...no really, we arrived at our B & B and everyone did there own thing.
On the way to Lahinch ( or Lehinch), we took a car ferry to county Clare, drove by the Kerry butter factory, stopped at a pub for lunch and proceeded to our current stop. We will be here for 3 nights.
There is a famous golf course here and appears to be a resort type of area. The beaches are packed, they sell ice cream, fudge, etc and really do have surf schools!
