Today I was up early to make it to the Thai Embassy by 9am. Unfortunately I had some troubles buying a ticket and the information booth worker didn't want to help me- it's quite funny you talk English here and people just go 'no no no no no' and turn away as if there scared to even attempt to understand you! I ended up paying three times the price for a train ticket and after yesterday's audial with the telephone box taking all my money - I am starting to sense a...

So after a very long night on the Bus I arrived into Prague at 5:30am. As it was so early and I didn't want to disturb my CS Host to early I decided to walk to her place about 45mins. Once I arrived it was still to early so I sat around for few hours before contacting her. I had a bit of a sleep then Zuzana and I went for a walk to a beautiful park and some man made cave. We also had a nice drive around the city which was great for me to gather my bearings.

After an 8 hour bus ride from Vilnius I arrived today in Warsaw at 5am. Luckily but unluckily depending how you look at it - I had trouble finding metro station - Warsaw has a mass network of trains. Anyway I arrived to my Couchsurfing hosts place at 6:30am a more decent hour to be disturbing their sleep! So I am staying with 3 wonderful girls all students- Adele, Zuzana and Irena. I walked to the local markets this morning to soak up some local culture. Very much like the markets in Latvia and Estonia the Lithuanians sell all kinds of fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, dried meats, pastry, breads, clothes, utensils actually almost everything. It has now became my favorite thing to walk around and look at the various foods and sample all the dried fruits! Today I had a good sleep in before taking off to the city to do some exploring. The weather here is very grey and so even just going outside is a bit of a battle. Anyways I made it to the Tourist Info centre and got some ideas on what to do over my next few days here.
