I had a really good sleep lastnight and didn't wake up once even with 20 people trudging through the house at all hours. I said my goodbyes around lunch time and walked out to the highway to attempt to Hitchhike back to Punta Arenas. After about 30 freezing minutes a lovely old Chilean couple pulled over and offered me a ride. they were so lovely and drove incredibly slow showing me all the different sites, towns and tourist sites on the way back to Punta Arenas....

The final day and the highlight hopefully of my 8 day and 150km trek around the Torres del Paine National Park. There was an absolute ton of rain lastnight and it was so heavy it was hitting the ground and bouncing back up under the tent. My tent was drenched inside and out and absolutely caked with mud.
