After not much sleep lastnight I got up early and started sorting my things ready to get on the move again. Mid morning I had a Skype call with my parents which was really nice since I hadn't talked to them in probably a month or two. I then headed to the markets to buy some vegetables, chicken and mince ready for my last opportunities to cook for a little while. Unfortunately when I went to roast the chicken I found Nyrzha was out of gas and I wouldn't be cooking anything. I decided to head into the city and suss out my bus ticket for tomorrow, the girl at the info desk told me my best bet is to come back tomorrow just before the buses leave and there is a good chance I will get a super cheap ticket. I decided to head to the street markets for one last look and I came across a nice thermal fleece at the Army surplus store and decided to treat myself as I know it will come in handy when I get to Chile. For dinner tonight the gas was back on so I oven roasted the chicken I had brought earlier in the day, seasoning with salt, pepper, herbs, slices of lime and a few bits of onion, carrot and zucchini. After two hours in the oven it was ready and wow what a treat - so moist and tasty with the meat falling apart in my mouth. I did some more trip planning, sent out some couch requests and watched the end of Total Recall before calling it a night.
