It's been a few days since I've updated this, I'd say it's time to do so. I arrived in Prague two days ago and the weather's been perfect everyday. I've been really suprised too. More people here speak English than in Berlin, or maybe theyre just more willing to, either way its nice. Everything here is so so cheap and the food's been amazing. Their local food consists mostly of tons of meat, cabbage, potatos, and a little bread(my ideal dinner).
I'm developing a bit of an Australian accent hanging out with Aussies all day. I discovered too that you're expected to either go backpacking or live in another country as an Australian. The girl that was describing it to me said the topic comes up a lot in conversation over there and if you haven't traveled than it's sorta frowned upon. Who knows, but why is America not more like this??
Yesterday I spent the whole day on a walking tour(another free one). Prague is such an old city and hardly got damaged during the wars. There was a jazz band playing for tips in the old town square so I listened to that for a good while. I felt like I was in New Orleans for a minute. Such a relaxing afternoon. I'm gonna head up to the main castle today and maybe be a little less touristy tomorrow and go to the zoo and Salvador Dali exhibit. I don't know why, but I really wanna see the zoo. Weird, I know. I'll post again soon. Cheers
