FELT THE JET-LAG A LITTLE THIS MORNING. missed the 07:00 dog walking session over the beach. Andy dropped me off at the Auckland Museum in the early afternoon. Did a couple of exhibitions, including a reinactment of a volcano eruption. Basically you walke into a room which is fitted like a typical sitting room. The TV turns on and 'breaking news' reports that the volcano in the harbour is about to errupt...the floor shakes, lights go off, and the sounds effects are deafening.

Walked into town where i found a couple of local/commercial galleries - Alexandra Cunning(ham?)...great photos. hung out in the city for a while and then grabbed a bus back to the Ross'.
