Today i left for NZ. I caught the bus from Kalos flat and made my way to the airport...which was a little nerving as at one point i thought i missed my stop.

I sat next to some Kiwis on the flight and as we came into land the lady offered me her window seat, so i had a great view of Auckland harbour. Alison was there at the airport ready to meet me. We drive north to Coatsville, through a town called 'Epsom' which is where the Ross' live. As we pulled into the drive we were met by Guiness the shepherd (dog) and Arnold the Alpaca. The landscape is stunning - a cross between the yorkshire dales and Yosemetite.

Alison and Andy took me off to Miruai beach to walk the dogs, which has black volcanic sand. The beach was vast and i later found out that it formed part of the highway!.

I was excited to be in NEW ZEALAND !!
