Hi all, Just an update on what we have been doing: We went to Queenstown which was lots of fun and went on the shotover jet, its a very fast speed boat on the shotover river.  The boat was lots of fun and we got completely drentched!!! i have some photos which i shall show you when we're home. We are in Te Anau which is a nice quiet place. We went to see the gloworms in the caves which was really good.  We took a boat over to the caves and got a guided walk through the caves which were really lovely, with water falls inside.  We then got on a small boat in the cave and it was pitch black and the guide had the pull the boat along.  As it was so dark you could see the gloworms really well. Well we have arrived in New Zealand - and its cold!  What a difference from Alice Springs where it was 40 degrees and here its about 13 degrees! We arrived in Christchurch, which is actually quite similar to christchuch back home and even has its own river Avon, and similar looking houses. Hello everyone sorry its been a while, i have been busy im afraid! so we took a tour up from adelaide to take us up to alice springs which also stopped off over night in coper peedy. we drove and drove and drove for hours!! we left adelaide at 6am and got to cooper pedy at 6pm and we were only half way to alice! cooper pedy is the mining capital in autralia for opals, we went on an opal mine tour which was nice, the locals also live underground in 'dug out...
