Panama City walkabout

I went for a walk today through the fish market,around the harbour and in and about Panama City! Hoping to go to the Scotia bank to figure out my finance problems I was out of luck and they could not help me figure out why my bankcards can't get money out! It was a cool city with some nice buildings, same same but different!
