Official day 1 in Canada has come to an end and for those who care, Jeff Buckley is keeping me company this evening. It is beautifully warm here and I'm starting to fall in love with this city already. Today was filled with walking up and down 'the danforth' which I can only liken it to a kind of lygon street for those that haven't been here. I spent majority of my time window shopping through little Greece, and attempted to find a park to sit and read in ....which turned out to be a creative arts college; so I bailed very quickly at my tourist error inflicted embarrassment. Also I saw my first squirrel! Which was initially exciting until they reminded me too much of rats, so I'm now not that crazy about them. Dinner out with my uncle and aunt (dining on the danforth) and then a post dinner stroll with Jessie the dog was the most perfect way to wrap up today.
