So even though transiting through the US by myself is no stranger to me, it entertains me every time about how serious these airport security/staff take their jobs and me....a five foot nothing, blonde Australian chick (who also underestimated how strong her travel sick meds would be and have been tripping out and zoning out since Melbourne). I have been in America for an hour and already been interrogated on why am I going to Canada "my intentions" and what my occupation is back home. The guy giving me the third degree seemed surprised that this 12yo look alike is actually a qualified social worker back in AUS. And it always never fails to shock me how the vast majority of Americans are so rude!!! Can't wait to get to Canada with people that have manners! Will update the blog again once I touch down in the Great White North.
