Hay guys, I know thew picture is of Honalulu but hay, thats all they, being the computer, would give me. I thought I would write this now because today I went to my first baseball game. Fistly though,LA, beside what everyone says about it, personally I quite liked it.Our first day there we took a walk along the beach,coming onto Venice Beach and it is exactly how you imagine it to be. Body
builders everywhere, women all made up really nice. It was really cool just to see it. Once we had done that we walked up and caught the bus back, but not before getting a johnny rockets, that is the famous hamburger bar by the way.The food in America is so unhealthy, it is so hard to get a sandwich or something like that, much easier to get a hamburger with chips and as many refills as you want. You
can understand why everyone is so large here. Anyway, while we were in LA, it was Sara's last few days so we were going shopping for her clothes. Hi Sara if you are reading this, great 5 months.Ip robably quite like LA because our hostel was a 10 minute walk from the beach and we could get a bus from pretty much right outside our hostel, which would drop us in the main part of town, 3rd street
boulevard, and then back again costing only 2 dollars. So, we probably didn't much see the main part of LA, but im not that bothered really. The clothes are so cheap, change the pounds into dollars prettymuch, so half the price., Van shoes are 20 quid.

So did that for a few days and then Sara left and I came to San Francisco. Got in yesterday. In the afternoon I just walked round china town, ate some vietnamese food which was awesome. My hostel is located in the red light district of San Fracisco but it is just funny, not dangerous at all. It is 1 in the afternoon and the people are aksing you if u wanna go in the strip club etc. There is nothing to worry about though.This prostitue even thinks we are friends, she always comes up and is like hay Jon, she heard someone say my name. Says u still sure about no, I say yes and then she says see you tomorrow. Its so surreal.lol. Today i got up and just thought I would go and check out the city. I walked to the golden gate bridge and along the water's edge. This city is so nice, there are cafes along the water and u buy a coffee and there is a guy playing the clarinet while you drink. It is awesome. After that I noticed there was baseball game on so I went and checked it out. A guy was selling some tickets on the street so I bought one off him. Got to the checkout and my ticket was rejected. So I had to buy a new one. It was worth it though. The atmosphere in there is amazing. Everyone singing, at one point everyone stood up and had to sing the national anthem, proceeded by that song which is like 'take me out to the ball game', hopefully you know it. On my way back I dropped in at the tennis club, hoping that I could just play one evening in a group or something. They said that I couldn't because I wasnt a member and that because of that, if i got injured, could sue them...bloody America. Tomorrow I am going to go to Golden gate park and hopefully play some baseball. A guy I met at the game today said that you can just join in . People will only be there though if its a nice day. Speaking of that apparently it is really nice with you right now. Lucky I am coming home soon hay.
Anyway, ill write again soon. xxxx ps cos I was only going for a walk, I didn't take my camera with me so I got no pictures of the ball game. How s*** is that???!!!!
