Hay everyone. I am writing this is Mexico cos I havent had a chance to write this thing for a while. My remaining few days in San Francisco were amazing. After going to the baseball game on my first day, I chilled out quite a bit, just relaxing by the pier and walking along the bay. It is such a nice city to do it in, there are loads of coffee shops and jaz musicians on the streets.
So, a quick summary of what I did in San Francisco. I went to the windy road, which is really wierd and random, you just think why they didn't make a straight road down the hill. Then there was Alcatraz, which was really awesome. My favourite film is 'The Rock', which is set on alcatraz, so I kept seeing parts and being like that is where that bit happened. I went with some really cool people from Manchester, met them playing beer pong, which is a popular American game where you have to throw a ping pong ball into the other persons beer and if u get it in then they have to drink it. You eachhave 6 cups and the first person to lose all thier cups loses.
Cycled across the golden gate bridge, which is really nice, but more for the view than the bridge. Although it is really cool, the actual bridge is just a bridge up close. The little village/town on the other side, Socilito, is really nice. It is a little place by the sea and to have a coffee there is awesome. As probably everyone knows you can't drink in America until you are 21. I couldn't go out therefore but we went to a bar, which is 18 years and over on Thursdays. The Claxons were playing which was a bit of a bonus, although I hadnt really heard them, they were quite good.
That is all I can really remember about San Francisco except that the city is absolutely amazing. The nicest place I have been so far I think, city wise, definitely go back.
ps, it is true about the English accent, the girls love it.lol.xxxxxx
