Another fantastic day at Byron bay. After breakfast me, Sammie, Tom, Nele & Stefan who has recently arrived in our room. He is from Vancouver. So lots of ice hockey talk with him. I had probably the best sleep I've had since I've been in Australia. It's 7:45. The clocks went forward for us 1 hour, the Swedish girls woke me up briefly when they came back in but I got about 6 hours sleep which is good. We have to hire crockery out here for $20. This morning I wake really early again. About 6:30. Me and Hannah (Australian girl) go into town for breakfast. I decide to be really healthy and get a Fruit Salad for brekkie. Im writing this the next day but this day was probably the most enjoyable since I been out here. I spent pretty much the whole day on the beach with a guy from Germany called Tom. Before we went to the beach we went up a skyscraper to a place called skyview. Overlooking all of Surfers Paradise. It was brilliant. Looking right up and down the beach as far as the eye can see. This morning I chill at the hostel until I leave to catch the bus to Surfers Paradise. I watch some euroean football highlights in the movie room with Adam and the Czech guy. Even then I nearly fall asleep. Something about that room. I think it's just the heat and the fact that I'm watching tv makes me feel drowsy.
