Ciao to all,

We have decided to go to 2 of the best know art museum in the world. Up early, clean the apartment, and set ourselves for the cultural fix of a life time. The first museum was the Galleria deli Accademia, the lines were long,but the wait was well worth it. When we finally get in all seems to be lost, nothing inspiring, then though a doorway and the tour guide says,"you are now in the Michelangelo section", from this moment my ideas on art took a massive turn for the better. There where eight different statues,each displaying different aspects of the struggle for life, then suddenly as we work our way down the hall we look up and there before our eyes stands the statue of David. This is by far in my life the most impressive work of art I have ever witness. 516 cm tall an ever part of the body is exact in ever little detail,absolutely unbelieveable,fantastic,really has to to be seen to be appreciated, all of this can not explain the feeling when one see this beautiful sculpture.

The second galleria was the Uffizi, here we are privileged to see famous art work from such renown artist such as the great Leonardo da Vinci, Caravaggio, Sandro Botticelli. Our guide was able to inform us about the different brush stroke and color changes that these wonderful artist would use that made them the greatest painters in the renaissance era.

Shirley and I are off to Modena to eat at the 3rd rated restaurant in the world so be ready for some exciting smells and flavours which my partner in blog will discribe for you,no one can write what a meal taste like as this girl, so til domani,(tomorrow) ciao.
