Real bali. White beaches, less touts and most importantly....no rubbish!
It's a bit pricey here but still cheap by our standards. In total we've spent about £1000 so far which is more than expected but we have bought clothes and guitar etc. The days are getting cheaper as we get better at haggling. That's getting boring though. They always start at twice the price they want which is about four times more than it's worth to them.
The hotel we're in is plush with all the facilities we need so chillin and spending less is easier. Got breakfast at the Market today for about a pound. Had a DVD night last night watching knock offs from the hotel, grown ups and flightplan. It was nice as the weather turned a bit grim. When they have a storm here they go all out. It's wierd because you can't go 20km and the weather patterns are so different because of the mountains.
We was supposed to be getting up for the famous Sanur sun rise this morning. Heard the alarm but incorporated it into my dream and slept through. Them got woke up by the aircon chewing up a gecko. Good job we've got a fourpost bed with a drape or we'd be covered in lizard guts today.
