We woke up and met up with our friends at a Breakfast buffet place in Springfield, a tiny town next to Eugene.
There was a 11 of us total! Mom and Tina were instant chatter boxes, trying to catch up on all they have missed while they were apart. They even snuck off after breakfast for 20 minutes, while we all waited outside in the sun for them, then magically appeared at the car! hehehe
We went to Tina's hotel to hang out and swim with Patrick, Tina's 10 year old son and my mother's godson.
We talked about what kind of super powers we wanted and TV shows he liked.
Here are the superpowers we wanted:
Patrick - to be able to change any body part into a sword and to be super fast
Paige - to be able to fly
Me - to be telekinetic
After we were sufficiently relaxed we went to a BBQ that Michelle's friends were hosting for their graduation celebration.
There was a beautiful moment where her and her friends released butterflies. It was so sweet!
After the parents left, the younger folk stayed to play beer games.
Michelle and I partnered up to play beer pong, we lost, but it was a close game.
Then we played flip cup with a bunch of people. And finally we watched them play dizzy bat, which was a silly game, but pretty funny to watch.
I found Voodoo Donuts in the house, which was a donut shop that I learned of randomly via a sticker in sandwich shop in San Francisco. I picked a glaze donut to snack on that was the size of my head!
When Paige and I were too cold we left with Becky to get some zzzzzzz's.
No new Denny's today. hehe
