Went fishing this morning looking for the elusive flatheads! Only tiny fish biting today.
Mel pulled up a Bream (even smaller than yesterday's) and a cutie Lil flathead...geez their ugly fish, but can't wait to eat one!

Blowing a gale here, so went home about lunchtime an spent some quality time sleeping & reading our favorite crime books (before going for a drive to check out some beaches).

All our books have come from op shops (an Jo gave us two good books also), when we finish them we put them in the laundry at the van park for someone else to read. Excluding my Cowboy books, they are priceless!

Caravanners are much more friendly and social - compared to the campervanners- I guess because the campervanners are in such a rush to get to their destination (paying hire fees per day).

Mallacoota is such a lovely town, not commercialized like we had expected. Hope it stays that way, we would be happy to come back here again.
