This morning we drove to Point Hicks (Croajingolong National Park ) then hiked 4.8kms and went up the light house. Never been in a light house before- the tallest lighthouse in Australia!
Unbelievable that the walls were 1.8mtrs thick at the base (concrete) and 1.2mtrs at the top. So many reflectors- estimated to be worth over $3million nowadays. Bit hairy when we walked out on the deck - looks like fibreglass so was a bit concerned ha ha
Saw a small brown snake and a cutie lizard on the trek back (bit jumpy after that).
Headed off to Mallacoota which is a gorgeous fishing town off the Princess Hwy (80kms from Eden).
Don't plan on leaving here until we have caught a fish!
Coincidentally we parked the van next to Mark & Joe again!! (there are over 120 other caravanners here).
Highlight today: going up the light house and having a HOT shower at the van park!!

Adrienne aka mum So been hanging out to hear your news sounds like you are checking out the country side. Who ever thought your highlight of the day would be a shower guess the worry is when you dont have one! Wet and windy here last night so on the way to you I guess. George will take back the westerns as he cant get enough of them. Love you both heaps
