Wandered the wharf area checking out the aqua waters of Darwin Harbour then took a drive along the esplanade to Fannie Bay (more great beaches and clean parklands).

Enjoyed the most amazing, bowl of flavour infused Laksa soup at a fantastic Thai bar, while Mel chowed down on Pad See Ew which is a delicious salted egg noodle dish.

In the evening we watched the gorgeous pink sunset over the Mindel Beach Markets while wandering the crazy, exotic food stalls. Huge variety of scrumptious foods including Barra Burgers, Croc Burgers, Camel Steaks and Buffalo sausages.

Highlight today: lunch at the Thai restaurant!
