Thought I'd drop a quick note before heading to Thailand. This week has been spent very hungover!! I went to the art exhibition, as promised, and there was a video of a man tap dancing with a dove on his head, confirmed my suspicions that all art is w***y nonsense!

Went out with Mel on the thursday night. We took in some awesome views of Sydney over cocktails on the 23rd floor of the Shangri-la hotel and then went to meet Mel's Irish friends. The night was pleasant though a few beverages did not remain in my stomach to digest, but preferred the quick oral exit, not cool! I had no time for a hangover however, as on Friday Mel took me to a few of the local beaches, which was nice, managed to get a bit of fresh air!

I then went out with Aislinn and got completely messy, staying out to six in the morning, crazy madness! Nick then gently woke me up two hours later to go to the petting zoo! I got to stroke a Kuala and feed a Roo which was awesome, though some Emu's got a little too close for comfort. It was really cool being so close to the animals as even the ones that we weren't allowed to touch were barely behind bars. One exception, thankfully, was the world's deadliest spider which was absolutely gross!!!

We've just got back from the zoo and Nick has just poured me my first glass of the evening, heaven, though getting up at five for the flight tomo morning doesn't sound very appealing at the mo!....
