Hey guys,

Just thought I'd do a tiny wee update even though nothing overtly exciting has happened, just because I should imagine contact is going to get quite controversial when I hit Thailand!

I left Byron Bay on Monday at 4.30 in the afternoon. The journey back to Sydney took fourteen hours, and rather than let us sleep (though the coach was prob too uncomfortable to do that) the driver would turn on all the lights at random intervals to get us off the bus for toilet breaks and food breaks, though I for one couldn't stomach a meal at three in the morning!

I got into Sydney at six in the morning and was planning to go and crash at my friend Aislinn's house for the day, and then meet Mel after work. Unfortunately, when I got to Aislinn's she had already left for work and due to a break down in communication, due to my crappy phone, she hadn't left me the key! She text me telling me I could contact Donal and he would let me in! I felt very bad and left it a good hour, just sat outside their house reading a book, but at seven I gave in and text him. Bless the poor boy, known for enjoying his sleep, came down bleary eyed and let me in, even trying to make small talk with me!

The morning was spent sleeping and showering, followed by an intensive day of watching tele! Met up with Mel at six and she took me back to her and Nick's house. It so nice here, and nice to have the luxury of a room without any other occupants! Nick had even bought me a chocolate bunny as he suspected (correctly) that I wouldn't have celebrated Easter this year! The first night was spent enjoying a Thai meal and plenty of wine!

Today I am hoping to go to an art exhibition (don't even start with the sarcastic comments) because Nick has got free tickets. It is the lady who videoed David Beckham sleeping and apparently she has photos of celebs crying (either crocodile tears or not). Tonight am going out with Mel and her friends which should be good, though bless Mel, she's got a nasty cold but I'm sure she'll grin and bear it! I'll try to email once more before Thailand, but apart from that, I'm off on Sunday!!!
