Gosh, what a lot to update you all on!!!!

From my last postcard, the story goes like this.......

Having booked the island hopping tour we returned to the hotel for a swim in the pool. Miranda said that she didn't feel very well and returned to the air conditioned room. When we returned she had taken a turn for the worse, but still seemed to be soldiering on. Me and Al went down for dinner and returned to find that Miranda was really ill and required a doctor. Al went with her and she was put on a drip and rehydration stuff as she had developed an illness brought on by the water in the Cook Islands, boo!!! Having returned from the hospital (at one in the morning) it was decided that myself and Alice would go on the islands, and Miranda would push forward to Auckland and recover there. In the night however, after deliberating Miranda decided she would be better off going home and changed her flight plans. The "lovely" people at STA still made her fly to NZ and Hong Kong, so a very ill Miranda ended up travelling for 40 hours!!! Crazy madness!!!!
