Hi guys,

Thought I'd do one last update as am off to the cook islands tomo where I have just been informed, not only do they not have a mobile phone network (no biggie really) but they also turn the electricity out on the island at 8pm, crazy!! On the plus I have been told that its immensely safe because even if someone kidnaps you, they can only drive you up the one road and back again, anywhoo....

Spent yesterday in LA alone. We're staying in Santa Monica which is really lovely and clean so I took a walk along the beach and around the shops. I then spent approx 2 hours on the bus to get to the depths of hell, or hollywood boulevard as it is otherwise known! It is truely scummy and disgusting so I hovered there before the long ride home. In the evening me and the girls took in a movie show watching "politically incorrect and somewhat offensive" or "date movie" as it goes under.

Today we've been really lazy partly due to the weather being a tiny bit colder but also because Miranda's serious foot ailment is hurting her and in true solidarity, I've managed to completely b***** my foot up and am reduced to a comedy limp to get around. Hey ho, hopefully the seven hour flight tomo should rest that bad boy!

Anyway hope all is well at home and if I'm incommunicardo (sorry can't spell) for the next week or so that's because I failed to find an internet cafe before the electricty is shut off!!

Ps: Forgot to say, whilst waiting for the bus to go to crap central managed to completely catch the sun on my chest and now am the colour of tomato. So much so that a policewoman stopped me in the street today to inform me that I was sunburnt, like I hadnt noticed! Boo hiss!!
