I may have been a bit harsh in my last blog and I apologise!! I'm still in Hawaii and it has definitely got better since I last wrote!! I got quite a few messages on my message board (thank you Aquarians!) so its good to know that people are still reading my witterings!!

Since my last blog I've moved into a hostel which is ok, but a bit loud. I'm staying in a room with a girl called Dawn that i met in Fiji so its worked out quite well. We went to Pearl Harbour on Monday which was very sobering and then we hired a car for a couple of days to tour round the Island. We booked the basic car but ended up with......... A CONVERTIBLE!!! So we have been cruising round Hawaii with the roof down for the last couple of days - as you can imagine its been lots of fun. Yesterday we did the West and North Shore and we went to the beach where Lost is filmed and there was actually filming taking place. Unfortunately we couldn't get close enough to see anything but it was very exciting!! Then we went to the Norther Beaches where some of the best surf in the world can be found - it was slightly too big for my liking (10ft!!) so I didn't venture in.

Today I went surfing - a must in Hawaii! The waves were a bit small but it was really fun. Then we went up the East side of the Island and found a lovely beach so lay there for teh afternoon!

Tomorrow I head on to Maui for 3 nights before coming back to Oahu and then flying to LA on Monday to meet my friend Siobhan who I met in Oz. Siobhan and I are doing LA, Vegas and then San Francisco together - and then I come home - AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH! It hasn't really hit me yet, but I'm sure it will!!
