Hi all

Well I made it here in one piece! woo! What a few days I have had. All my flight were on time more or less and I made all my connections smoothly. Dubai airport was amazing, there were palm tress in it and a Mac d's! get in! Emirates flights were brill. Love having own TV. Watched chick flicks for most of the journey, and David you'll be proud....even a few episodes of the simpsons! My cheap Indian airline flight was also fine, food was minging and the plane smelt of curry, but hey... I was in India!

Im staying in a Hotel in the torist bit of Katmandu tonight and last night, and off to meet my host familt tomorrow. Everyone says the Lok family are lovely, so looking forward to that. I have met 8 other volenteers at the hotel and more are coming tonight so were off to try the beer!

Went site seeing today round lots of temples, Katmandu is amazing! The ppl seem friendly, the traffic is mad. People just beep their horns constantly, having to swerve out of the way of cows is now an experience im getting use to! they are everywhere! I will try and upload the pics today but thsi PC is a bit tempremental! (I have uploaded them but I cant see then! so cant title them) when I have a pc that I can see them on I will tell you about them).

Well off to get ready for tonights activities now, well that and have nap time of course!
