Eventually arrived in Huaraz yesterday at 6am! Not bad journey - beautiful to be here - snow capped mountains in the distance & laid back atmosphere.  Managed a couple of hours sleep on arrival prior to breakfast where met a few english people so ended up staying put for the day eating and chatting -really good bunch and an ideal sunday.

PLan to head off trekking at some point so will keep you posted
