Hello! Am now back in Perth after a fantastic 8 day trip up the coast - visited loads of stunning places and surrounded by fantastic group of people. Group of 14 of us headed out with Terry our guide last Monday from Perth (after i spent a lovely few days here with Eva).... Over the 8 days a lot of distance was covered, lots of swimming in stunning blue sea, saw the incredible pinnacles at sunset, held snakes, saw koalas, met a prince and princess at Hutt River ...

Now back in Melbourne after spending the weekend on the Great Ocean Road. Joined a day trip but jumped off along the way spending a night in Apollo BAy and one in Port CAmpbell. Apollo BAy really beautiful with sandy beach and blue blue sea - refreshing temperature! Definite highlight was the twelve apostles and Loch Ard Gorge which were stunning. Big hello from melbourne! SInce last entry - spent a couple of days at Glenelg on the beach which was bliss - in temp of 42 degrees i need access to water! managed to catch up with never-met relatives too which was great. Then, 11 hour overngith bus to melbourne - took me back to S America times! Left adelaide in the heat and within an hour was freezing with the air con so not a fun journey... arrived here at 6am and managed to catch the tram to the hostel. Sta...

Sorry - been a bit slack with this so big catch up time! From Maryborough headed up east coast and as i travelled it got more and more humid... What a start to 2007! Amazing time in sydney and new year - and have spent the last couple of weeks travelling up to MAryborough with mum and dad. MAnaged to spend a couple of days in the rainforest which was beautiful, stayed with a few family friends and have just returned from a couple of days on Fraser Island - quite stunning. PLan now is to jump on a bus and head 14 hours north to Airlie Beach... will be a bit odd heading off alone again but planning to go ...
