hi all

i wrote this long journal entry and for some reason it doesnt look like it saved, gutted. and now i cant be bothered t write it all again but this is the jist of it.

Two words i never want to hear again. - Ping Pong!! its a show over here that should never be allowed to be seen by any human being. we went to it last nite as we wanted to know what it was all about. OMG were we in for a shock. it was women ping ponging things from their private parts down south. i'll not go into detail.. its not for young eyes but my god what an experience.

Went to the pool at our place this morning for a very short while and now im red. and yes i have factor 25 suncream caked all over me. its just so so so hot here.

bangkok is actually very dirty and its so smelly. starting to get use to it, but it would make you vomit the smell is so bad. we are in the middle of it all which is great only have to step out of the room and we are inthe centre of it.

there is nothing really to do though durning the day time. we have gone to the budda and temple and that is about it. we going on our trek tomorrow. We are really excited bout that and get to see the jungle and rainforest. it was will be stinkin but we are getting use to it sorta now. we are a mess permently.

the drink and food is so cheap here and i can satisfy my pineaaple addiction for 10 pence a bag. now that is what i call a bargain.

We hoping to get the thai massage tomorrow morning. for 30 mins its 1 pound 50. think we will need it before trying to do this trek.
