Hello everyone! How are you all? Thanks to everyone who left messages! We went out last night to celebrate Joe's birthday - have posted some new pictures so you can have a look if you get bored! We are still in Cairns - going snorkelling again tomorrow but to a different part of the reef. Should be good if it doesn't rain! lol! Hello again! Sorry it's been a while since our last update. We are in Cairns now - we got here last Thursday and spent a few days looking around. We went snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef which was good - swallowed a lot of water because the sea was quite rough (yes, it's raining again!) but saw lots of coral and nemos. hello! Sorry it's been a while since our last update. Good news though - it's sunny again! Which was a relief after being stranded in Airlie beach because of a tropical cyclone. We are now on Magnetic Island - which is supposed to be the koala capital of Australia so hopefully we will see some little bears (Joe wants to add that koalas are not in fact bears, but marsupials!). We came to Magnetic Island via Townsville - very quiet - more like deadville....

Hey everyone We are now in jellyfish/shark territory! But we have come back from our 3 days sailing in one piece! It was great - the boat was really old and big - which helped ride out the rough water due to the weather! We went snorkeling and saw loads of fish and coral - can't beleive how close the fish come to you!
