Well, here we are! Bangkok is about the hottest place in the world, we don't exaggerate when we say our faces are melting off, it's very sexy. Arriving was scary, we eventually found a cheap taxi (thanks Carol for the tips!), although it had no seatbelts and the driver had a slightly worrying head twitch, he let us listen to Beyonce and giggle most of the way. Our hotel is very nice and central, probs the last bit of comfort we'll be having for the next month. We ventured out last night for a lovely dinner of chicken skin/ noodles (which actually was quite yummy once we'd established that it was noodles and not chicken skin). Cocktails are 75p, which is brill but we're too scared to get drunk in the confusion that is Bangkok. We start out tour tomorrow, but are a bit worried about carrying our bags everywhere; we've already said goodbye to many a bottle of shampoo! Missing you all lots and lots especially the fam and girlies (you'd all love it here, its just like Laganas but with more sweating and frizzier hair!) Sarah also wants to say hello to Tayler cos she said she would!
