those of you who know me will know i'm fond of piracy and fully condone it be it the pracy of CD'S , DVDS or even famous artworks. so i was delighted this weekend to live out some sordid pirate fantasy as me andmy trusty parrot/bird/sarah :-) hit the ocean sailing towards the whitsundays.

what a trip it war (pirate lingo) we founds some treasures in the in the form of fishes and reef(not the 90s brit rockers who despite being really really good and releasing 4 great albums and a best of are only ever rembered for "place your hands")

we went to the incredible whitehaven beach the whitest sand you ever did see...and will when we get the pics up.

our hosts set up party games on the island the first night was a mock new years party and the next a "dress in binbags party" sarah looked great in a little black bin bag dress complete with back bow...i went as a gimp!!

it was a great experience(the whole weekend not being a gimp) and i can't wait til fraser island.

we're in airlee beach until wed then it's off to kroombit to chase and milk some goats
