just got into mission beach and wot a purty place it is.

yesterday was a class last day in cairns.we went up into the rainforset with a game old b***** called peaches he took us and some old american couple up into the forest and we saw some fantastic sights from up there in his big old jeep. we went swimming in a frshwater lake and met some platapus along the way.then peaches made us a BBQ it was a tasty treat of ...prawns and snapper fish which despite my much publicised hate of eating all things from water i really enjoyed it.

we ate it by a waterfall with some turtles for guests. amaizing.

on the way back things went sour for our old pal peaches who got stopped by traffic cops coz one of the yanks didn't have a seat belt on.

the result $225 fine for peaches it could have been worse tho...turns out he had no front reg plate and his licence for tourists expired back when steve irwin could dance.

as i said he was a game old b*****.

the day before we went sailing on the passions of paradise boat to the great barrier reef to go snorkiling which was ace and scuba diving which was great too but i kept floating up to the top(not my fault) we did meet some cool fish and a freindly turtle which was class(see vids and pics) all our pics were takin on an underwater camera we hired that i left on the bus on the way to the boat woops(frantic phone calling and running around got it back in my filthy paws about 2 mins before we sailed to sea like pirates of the...carntyne(and saltcoats)

we also got to spend some time on a lovely wee island called....er...who cares bout names ask sarah when you see her she'll know.

oh and if you ever go scuba diving get a mask and flippers that fit be prepared for sore ears otherwise you could end up like me(floatingevery where with salt water in ur eyes nose and ears)

on the way to mission beach today we stopped of at an amaizing crocodile farm me and sarah quasheed our(mainly hers) fears and held a snake a lizard and a baby croc.

we also fed some kangaroos and watched some big crocs get fed)photos to follow)

(quick footnote Hoggie was scared of everything at the crocodile farm includiong the small chickens they had running around, you'll be able to tell from our faces in the pictures we 'll put up soon who was the scaredy cat!) S. x
