Had a Spanish lesson first thing then off to the supermarket to buy ingredients fir the meal that me and Julie cooked for everyone at the orphanage. Spent the afternoon preparing the carbonara and cheesecake and then ate with everyone, they loved it! Unfortunately the cheesecake didn't set so going to have that Tomo! Over and out Han x

Woke up with a headache! Managed to get out of bed though and felt fine...just as well as had promised to make bracelets with the children today. Had lunch with the children, rice with a vegetable patty type thing, was lovely....I do miss aromat though! After our lunch went back to the orphanage and helped to carry bed frames etc out to the street to be taken to the new orphanage that they are putting together, was quote a work out! The altitude does make you short of breath pretty quickly but starting to get used to it now. A relatively productive day! Woke up quite late..either the cockerel and dogs have all killed eachother or I'm getting used to it and sleeping through, either way was quite nice. The bathroom in the apartment is pretty rank...so I decided to clean it, I feel gross enough having been I'm the clothes for five days now! Handwashed pants and socks....again! Starting to get bored of being told luggage will arrive tomorrow. Got sunburnt yesterday on my arms so need...
