Wow. Went to machu picchu today and it was spectacular!
Left the hostel in Aguascalientes at 4:30am and made our way to machu picchu, we were so lucky with the weather and visability was excellent. Treked up to the sun gate and back (hard work) and then walked back to Aguascalientes.....I have never walked down so many steps.
Train, bus and taxi back to orphanage...legs are killing and so so tired but had a brilliant couple of days.
