Flight here was horrible, felt like I was on the set of airplane, even the cabin crew looked dated! Loads of turbulence, horrible food, the film was in Spanish and the kids I was sat next to kept pointing out the lightning in the distance....made me want to slap them. So didn't get off to a great start.... Phonecall to Peru to say I couldn't get on flight and wouldn't be arriving til Sunday - £3 per minute Cup of tea in heathrow which I literally sobbed into -£2 Watching (from the ground) your flight leave and being able to take a picture - priceless DON'T ASK!! A very traumatic experience which involved baggage reclaim and customs (where I had to show my passport to enter the UK) without ever leaving heathrow terminal ...

Twas the night before travelling, and all packed to go, With passport boarding pass and iPod in toe, The bag was packed, with very little care, To travel to the home of paddington bear!
