I wouldn't want to sit next to me on a flight....

The first thing I do is tell the person next to me that I don't like flying, seeing that I can now speak Spanish....no one can escape this

I can never sleep and therefore don't want anyone else to, coughing and going to the toilet are good ways to ensure this

I practically sit on peoples laps to look out the window

I make a dramatic sigh everytime the seatbelt lights are turned on

However, I am massively improving in coping with flying and have actually been able to relax at some intervals, pretty much every flight I have been on has had turbulence and I now understand that this does not mean the plane is going down. I think I'm better on longer flights as I have time to get over take off before landing,the next flight will be my longest to date...13hours from Santiago on Auckland, the wait at the airport is a little over 21hours so hopefully will be knackered and actually be able to sleep through some of it, there should be some films in English too which will be nice :)

Santiago airport is pretty big so staying occupied hasn't been to bad, had about an hours kip on some chairs. The money here is crazy...2000 pesos for a pepsi.....on the upside, pretty sure I'm a chilean millionaire at the moment.

Journey from Cuzco to Auckland is a long one but very excited to know that Ollie will be at the end of it and no long flights until the end of June now! (when we travel from australia to hong kong)

Kindle and iPod helping me to pass the time and have my luggage with me so know where it is at the moment, onwards and upwards....literally!

Should arrive on Auckland Monday lunchtime s.American time, Monday night uk time and Tuesday morning nz time.....alot to get my little mind round
