Being only a short hop from Sydney we decided to take a closer look at the Big Merino sheep from last night. It is attached to a very nice gift shop specialising in wool products (not surprisingly). Set the alarm (05:00) for yet another early morning to see the sunrise at Cape Byron, the most easterly point on the Australian mainland. A leisurely start to the day. Breakfast is a selection of fresh fruits (mangos, pineapple, kiwi fruit, melon) with yogurt and toast from a selection of breads.
